A Romantic Château Wedding in Provence: Jordan & Brian’s Ethereal Celebration at Château d’Estoublon
Nestled in the sun-soaked heart of Provence, Jordan and Brian’s destination wedding at Château d’Estoublon was a dreamy, multi-day celebration that perfectly embodied quiet luxury and timeless charm. Expertly planned by Jennifer Fox Weddings, every moment was curated with intention—from the welcome dinner to the final dance under the stars—bringing the couple’s vision of ethereal elegance to life.
Day One, French Market Welcome Dinner
To kick things off, guests were welcomed with bespoke gift baskets featuring olive oil and rosé from the château, lemon cookies, sweets, a corkscrew, and a heartfelt note. The evening took on an “upscale French market” aesthetic, with live cooking stations, a charcuterie grazing table, a dessert buffet, and signature drinks. Waitstaff wore aprons embroidered with the couple’s custom monogram—just one of many meaningful touches throughout the weekend.
Day Two, The Wedding Day
Designed to honor the rich textures and timeless romance of the venue, the ceremony took place in the château’s gardens surrounded by lush ground florals and a breathtaking asymmetrical floral arch designed by the talented team at Floraison. The floral design featured garden roses, clematis, lisianthus, fresh herbs, and Provençal lavender—each bloom chosen to reflect the region’s natural beauty.
As a string quartet played “La Vie en Rose,” the bride walked down the aisle, creating a deeply emotional moment for everyone present. The cocktail hour that followed offered oysters, foie gras, signature cocktails, and champagne.
The couple kicked off the reception with a cinematic entrance down the château’s grand staircase to Dean Martin’s “Kick in the Head” before taking their first dance to Louis Armstrong’s “C’est Si Bon.”

Signature Touches That Told Their Story
- Floral & Decor: Thanks to Floraison, each event was accented with potted herbs, fragrant lavender, and lush seasonal blooms that captured the elegance and romance of Provence.
- Planning & Design: From start to finish, Jennifer Fox Weddings brought the couple’s vision to life, infusing every detail with thoughtful design and meaningful personalization.
- Wedding Cake: A four-tier blush pink cake adorned with delicate sugar flowers featured two flavors—lemon with raspberry cream and vanilla with passionfruit cream.
- Stationery & Paper Goods: Custom-designed paper elements—menus in calligraphy sheaths, ceremony fans with tassels, and a stunning seating chart with rose-hued Venetian plaster and silk ribbon-adorned calligraphy ovals—elevated the guest experience.
- Jewelry with Meaning: The bride’s engagement ring was custom-designed and engraved with “La Vie en Rose,” a nod to their engagement and shared love of classic French romance.
